Diamond Air have installed a Mitsubishi heat pump into a two-level apartment in Papamoa, Tauranga, next to the Papamoa plaza. The latest release from Mitsubishi Electric, this Mitsubishi MSZ-GL50VGD is an extremely efficient heat pump.
Typically, the outdoor heat pump unit would be installed on the apparent’s deck. However, in this case, and with the support of the body corporate, we were able to install the outdoor unit onto a concrete ledge, out of the way.
The indoor heat pump unit is installed above the TV – a good position as it is situated away from the lounge seating, allowing for a more comfortable environment when the heat pump is in use.
