This Papamoa rental property needed a heat pump for its medium-sized lounge. The heat pump installation was in response to the new law passed through parliament that requires New Zealand rental properties to have an efficient heating source in the lounge.
To satisfy the new rental heating rules, the landlord of this property had us install a Mitsubishi MSZ-GL42VGD heat pump to their investment property. Being a compact sized indoor unit, it fitted in well between the wall and the curtain track. The outdoor unit was installed back to back with the indoor unit for a cost-effective heat pump installation.
The tenants will now be nice and warm in winter, cooler in summer, and with the renowned Mitsubishi efficiency, it won’t cost them the earth to run.
