This Daikin heat pump in Mt Maunganui stopped working and we were called out to the customers house to look at it. We quickly determined that the outdoor fan was faulty, and luckily enough there were parts available at Daikin.
We ordered the new fan motor and came back a couple of days later to install and test it. Everything worked fine, so a good outcome for the customer.
Some lesser known brands don’t have parts, or back up technical support if there is an issue down the line, so it’s a good idea to buy a well known brand……ask around. Mitsubishi Electric is the main brand that we sell and install, but we repair other brands also.
