Excellent service from Rory at Tauranga! Highly recommend him. Very professional and kept things tidy. He showed me how to use my heat pump which was awesome because then I didn’t have to read stuff I don’t understand in the manual! Good work I’ll be asking for him again in the future.

Rory had his hands full with an ill-fitted heat pump, installed poorly when my house was built. He showed me what was missing and I could see he was doing a thoroughly good job of cleaning the heat pump. He was very courteous and did a great job and even gave me tips on how to use the heat pump to its maximum, without using too much energy. A real 5-star service!! And I will recommend you guys to anyone who needs a heat pump serviced!
