Rory had his hands full with an ill-fitted heat pump, installed poorly when my house was built. He showed me what was missing and I could see he was doing a thoroughly good job of cleaning the heat pump. He was very courteous and did a great job and even gave me tips on how to use the heat pump to its maximum, without using too much energy. A real 5-star service!! And I will recommend you guys to anyone who needs a heat pump serviced!
